What this service includes

Every visit is delivered by a registered nurse with experience in bowel care and is documented to support your NDIS plan and
treating team.

WHO IT'S FOR

Who this is for

NDIS participants with neurogenic bowel, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, or other conditions that disrupt normal bowel function. We also support participants who are managing severe chronic constipation that affects daily life and community participation.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple, clear, and supportive

Stoma review

We assess the stoma, surrounding skin, and current pouching system, and identify anything causing leaks, soreness, or discomfort.

Care and product fit

Our nurse provides the change, trials alternative products if needed, and shows you and your supports exactly how to maintain the system.

Ongoing follow-up

We schedule regular visits at the cadence you need and stay available for questions between visits if something changes.

Report & Recommendations

Within 5-7 business days, we provide a comprehensive NDIS-aligned report with clear productand strategy recommendations.

Ongoing Support

We remain available to answer questions, adjust recommendations, or provide follow-up support as needed.
