Every visit is delivered by a registered nurse with experience in stoma care and is documented to support your NDIS plan and treating team.
NDIS participants living with a colostomy, ileostomy, or urostomy - whether new to a stoma after recent surgery or managing a long-standing one. We support adults and children, and work alongside specialist stomal therapy nurses where the participant already has one.
We assess the stoma, surrounding skin, and current pouching system, and identify anything causing leaks, soreness, or discomfort.
Our nurse provides the change, trials alternative products if needed, and shows you and your supports exactly how to maintain the system.
We schedule regular visits at the cadence you need and stay available for questions between visits if something changes.
